Is it Ricky Martin?
Yes, and No! Magmozine Editor pointed to the right direction, and it was eventually afboy who clinched it. Congratulations!
It’s supposed to BE Ricky Martin under that butt foam. But it was Jeff Norman, who personified himself as Ricky Martin’s posterior when he accepted the Booty Shaking Award for “Shake Your Bon Bon” video on the 2000 VH1 Awards on his behalf.
Martin, however, was not amused. According to Jeff Norman, a rep for Martin called VH1 saying the star was “furious” and ordered that the offensive segment be cut from subsequent broadcasts. More details here.
