noun: The logarithmic scale used by Bottoms to rate the magnitude that Tops rock their world.
examples:
“With a sawed-off pencil-dick like that, he wouldn’t even register on the Dichter Scale.”
“He wasn’t that big, but man did he know how to use it! Gave me a total 8.9 on the Dichter Scale!”
