The phenomenon dubbed the “Great Resignation” seems to be picking up speed globally. And, successful account executive Justin Jett is the latest to quit his job.
Justin visits his company’s HR department, where he lets Human Resources Administrator John Rodrigez know his intentions of resigning. The decision has been made and nothing John says will make him change his mind. John is surprised by the decision as Justin is an exceptional employee. However, he has no choice but to start getting the necessary paperwork together.
