Just open a movie in QuickTime Pro and choose “Export” and save it as “Movie to iPod (320×240)”…
What if it’s not in QuickTime? There are already freeware tools and conversion guides ready to help you reach portable porn nirvana (seems like they were posted the day of Apple’s video iPod announcement!)…
