Even before Twitter (now “X”) changed hands, the atmosphere on the social media site was pretty tiring. But you shouldn’t be stressed out after checking on your favorite porn actor, right?
Lots of people have been moving to Bluesky in the last 1-2 weeks, and we’ll show you how easy it is to do the same.
In the world of short-text social media, we have four main platforms right now: Twitter (X), Facebook’s “Threads,” “Bluesky” from former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, and Mastodon.
Only Bluesky and Mastodon allow NSFW content, and while we applaud the work of the Mastodon team, Bluesky is the more user-friendly option.
How do I sign up?
Just head over to https://bsky.app and register in three easy steps.
- To get started, just enter your email address, password, and birthdate.
- Next, choose a username.
- The last step is to confirm your email address.
