noun: 1. The look a partner gives to you when they see your erect penis for the first time, (especially if they are on their knees about to blow you and they look up at you). 2. A person with a face that resembles an erect penis.
example: Jax: ” You should have seen the erection face on Shaun last night when I droppped my pants!”
