Make Up Guru James Charles And The Straight Guys He Tried To Hit On
If you have been keeping up with this drama circulating the Youtube beauty community, you may have heard the make-up artist and content creator James Charles has been exposed. He said to have a bad habit of trying so hard to turn straight boys into gay. And so far, here are some of the straight boys and their stories with the make-up guru.
So in case you’re not into Youtube and you don’t know who the hell these people are, let us give you a bit of background. James Charles is a 19-year old makeup artist who started his career on Youtube when he was still young with the help of her “then” friend Tati Westbrook, who by that time had a larger following on Youtube than James. A few weeks ago, Tati expressed her disappointment when James actually posted an Instagram Story ad promoting a hair vitamin that is a direct competitor of her brand. Tati posted a 40+ minute video with the title “BYE SISTER…” exposing James and how he blatantly lied to her on why he chose to endorse a product that is a competitor of his friend’s brand. But one shocking thing that Tati also let people know is James has always had his distasteful ways of getting what he wants, specifically straight boys, which is a predatory behavior. She then went on and said that in Seattle, James eyed a straight guy who was a waiter at her birthday party. He flirted with the waiter despite Tati’s warning that the guy is straight and James said that it does not matter that he is straight and he can still flirt with him because he is a “celebrity“. This has caused James to lose more than 3 million subscribers on Youtube and the numbers are still going down as of writing.

Well, he did not really come forward nor tell a story about a bad experience with James but Shawn‘s fans know how thirsty the 19-year old make-up artist is with the singer. James always used to leave suggestive comments on Shawn’s social media posts. But the most infamous one was when Shawn showed his juggling skill in an Instagram live video but abruptly ended it seconds after James left a comment “can you juggle me like that?“. Accusations started to surface that James’ comment was the reason why the singer ended the live video but it was dismissed by both parties by James posting a DM from Shawn telling James that his comments are funny.

Gage broke his silence in a now deleted Youtube video when he was asked what really went down between him and James since the two were spotted at Coachella frolicking their way to the festival. Gage breaks everything down and told that James’ flirting has already been going on even before they went to Coachella. James apparently even tried to manipulate him to have sexual contact with him during that weekend.

Sam Cooke was actually the waiter in Seattle Tati was talking about. He told his side of the story in a video detailing how James got to flirt with him. He said that he ignored the advances but since his sister is a big fan of James, he was persuaded by her to slid into James’ DM and introduce himself as the waiter at Tati’s birthday party. He detailed the story when James invited him to his hotel room where they cuddled and made out but he then realized he was not really into men in the process. He admitted in the now deleted video that he was bi-curious but felt nothing for James after the encounter. They stayed in contact and he repeatedly told James that he is straight but James has always dismissed this and “force-feeds” Sam’s mind that he is gay.

Brian H Whittaker is a model and also the boyfriend of pop star Zara Larsson. Though no words came directly from Brian’s mouth, his girlfriend retweeted a post about this fiasco and said that she was “cackling” because James slid into her boyfriend’s DMs even though he knows that Brian is well in fact, straight.

The model shared an Instagram story showing a screenshot of James reaching out to him through DM by calling him “Daddy” to open the conversation and telling him that he’s hot. But Jay told James within the same conversation that he is straight.
James is still young and as what his former friend Tati said, manipulating someone’s sexuality while they are still blossoming into adulthood is a bad idea. It’s just sad that he has to learn all these the hardest way. Moral of the story, it’s okay to adore the beauty of straight men or men in general but it’s important to know your limits and not to be “straight dick thirsty” especially from the ones who are really not into “experimenting“. No persuasions and forced intimacy. Fame and money are not equivalent to consent.
