noun: Someone whose level of annoyance goes beyond mere douchebaggery.
ex: A douche nozzle literally refers to the spray tip connecting to the bottle of a feminine hygiene product. The nozzle goes into a woman’s cha-cha to spray out the “not so fresh” yeasty smell. But Octavio’s especially shitty antics tonight make the term applicable to him as well.
