Dear Servage,
It is not true there is nothing you can do about the situation. Beyond your persistence and false claims that you have informed the webmasters about shutting both accounts there is no rhyme or reason how you decided to shut down a second account which has got nothing to do with the first.
You have failed to explain insofar in any manner why the account was deactivated in the first place. True enough we have gotten the 3 months we have paid for, but you do not go around shutting clients’ sites after the 3 months they’ve paid is up.
Your dishonesty and shoddy handling in this matter in both this and the previous incident goes to show how unreliable and unprofessional your services are. If anything, this also proofs the fact that you OVERSELL and DO NOT DELIVER. We suspect that you do this to all clients whose site traffic makes full use of what you claim you provide. The site “leeches” are then dropped like flies.
Further, your customer service is immature and I am hardly surprised now why anyone would be so cheesed off with your attitudes.
However, while it’s utter nonsense there’s nothing you can do about the situation, we will make it our personal mission to strongly advise our peers and anyone who might be thinking about taking up a webhosting service with your company based on this very nasty and disgusting experience along with other similar incidences which have been publicly discussed in webhosting forums.
You have trampled on very wrong toes.
